"Captain Paul K. Chappell has given us a crucial look at war and peace from the unique perspective of a soldier, and his new ideas show us why world peace is both necessary and possible in the 21st century. The End of War can help people everywhere understand why war must end, and how together we can end it."

May 8th, 2009 at 3:34 pm1st; the reason for my commenting is there were no comments! I started thinking, how can I read this and not comment? I’ve read the ‘rough draft’ of The Cure for Greed a couple weeks ago and it’s stayed with me (’hung’ in the forefront of my consciousness) ever since. At that time I ordered, received and read, “Will War Ever End”, but what really stayed (’hung’) with me was how impossible it is to sustain greed while being appreciative. What a concept! Simple to the point of being obsurd! Try it; it works! Spread it around; immune everybody from greed by instilling appreciation! After all, most of us do appreciate the beauty and the goodness surrouding us.
Thanks Paul!

May 25th, 2010 at 6:41 amI read a passage on “The Cure for Greed” and it basically states in its simplicity, that we need to appreciate what we have. In church on Sunday, the pastor preaching from 1 Kings 1:1-3, told us to appreciate God for the things we already have. In the text, Ahab wanted Naboh’s small vineyard, although he already had wealth beyond his means. The Cure for Greed will always be in the forefront of my consciousness. Its that simple.
